Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Set this dry ingredient mixture aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
