Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  6. Incorporate Sour Cream: Gently fold in the sour cream until evenly distributed, adding a creamy texture to the casserole.
  7. Transfer to Casserole Dish: Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Transfer the beef and pasta mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
  8. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the reserved cheeses over the top of the casserole, creating a cheesy crust when baked.
  9. Bake in the Oven: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
