Baked Cowboy Dip

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add the cream cheese mixture to the bowl of mixed ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dip.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
