Instructions:

  1. Prep the Vegetables:
    • Shred the cabbage, dice the carrots, chop the celery, and finely chop the onion.
    • Mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics:
    • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
