Instructions:

Homemade Noodles:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
  2. Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.

Ramen:

  1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain.

Assembly:

  1. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls.
  2. Spoon the BBQ shrimp and sausage mixture over the noodles, ensuring each bowl gets a generous portion.
  3. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
