Instructions:
- Cook the Spaghetti:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

- Assemble Chicken Spaghetti:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and the chicken and sauce mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of freshness.
