Instructions:

  1. Cook the Spaghetti:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
    • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
    • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

    • Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Combine Chicken and Sauce:
    • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring it into the sauce.
    • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.
    • Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  5. Assemble Chicken Spaghetti:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and the chicken and sauce mixture.
    • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of freshness.
