Instructions:

  1. Cook the Macaroni:

  5. Prepare the Topping:
    • In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish.
    • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.
  7. Bake until Golden and Bubbly:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
    • Garnish with fresh chopped chives.
