- 1 pound ground sausage (mild or spicy, depending on preference)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions and fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
