Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) of beef chuck, cubed into bite-sized pieces.
- 1 cup of Barley, rinsed and drained.
- 3 Carrots, peeled and chopped.
- 2 Celery Stalks, sliced.
- 1 Onion, finely chopped.
- 3 cloves of Garlic, minced.
- 4 cups of Beef Broth, low sodium.
- 4 cups of Water.
- 2 Bay Leaves, for that aromatic touch.
- 1 teaspoon of Thyme, dried and fragrant.
- Salt and Pepper, to taste.
- Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish.
