Directions
To save time, pulse breadcrumbs in a food processor until finely minced.
Combine the egg, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning in a large bowl.
In order to prevent breaking up too many of the lumps, add the breadcrumbs and crab meat and combine by hand.
But in order for the crab balls to stay together, you might need to break apart the extremely huge lumps.
Form into 24 balls, then cook in heated oil in batches until golden brown, rotating once.
blot with paper towels.
Serve with your preferred sauce or without any at all! These are excellent!
