Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Butter Sauce
Growing up, I don’t think I ever had cauliflower.
Seriously.
Although I was aware of its existence, I don’t believe it has ever visited our home or entered our lips at family meals. But I’ve been stepping outside of my food box for the past ten or so years. I’ve been discovering and delighting in the realm of authentic cuisine. and we’re now participating in a Whole30.
Roasted cauliflower is really tasty and simple to incorporate into your family’s supper plan or a dinner party with guests. This recipe is sure to wow. It can also be done in an instant pot, I’ve been informed, and then baked for a few minutes to brown it.
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
Fresh thyme
2 bay leaves
4 cups (1l) vegetable or chicken stock, more or less, depending on the size of the cauliflower
1/3 cup (70 g) melted butter
Fresh cracked pepper
