INGREDIENTS:


3 mashed bananas (ripe)
2 cups of oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or walnuts
1 cup good-quality dark chocolate chunks
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


DIRECTIONS:


Mix all the ingredients together, and
bake for 15-20 minutes. SUGAR FREE! NO FLOUR!
