Creamy Beef and Shells

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream until well combined. Add the cooked pasta shells and toss to coat.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pasta and cover until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
