Both are great options to cook steak.
Steak marinade:
2 ribeye steaks
1 tablespoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag.
Add up to 2 pounds of steak and marinate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.Remove steaks and discard marinade.
Grill or broil to desired doneness.
Best Steak Rub:
2 Tablespoons kosher salt
2 Tablespoons black pepper
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
1 Tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried thyme
Make the seasoning. Combine all ingredients for steak seasoning in a small bowl.Use or store. Sprinkle the steak seasoning liberally on beef steaks and roasts before grilling, searing, or roasting. Store any remaining seasoning in an airtight container for up to 6 months for the best flavor.
