Mango Cheesecake Delight

A tropical dessert combining creamy cheesecake with vibrant mango.

Ingredients :

1/4 cup granulated sugar.

1/2 cup melted butter.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.

450g cream cheese, softened.

1 cup heavy cream.

1/2 cup granulated sugar.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned).

1 tablespoon lemon juice.

1 cup diced mango.

Mint leaves for garnish (optional).

Instructions :

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Firmly press the mix onto a 9-inch springform pan bottom.

Smoothly blend cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Add mango puree, vanilla extract, and lemon juice by stirring.

Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks develop. Gently incorporate into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the mixture over the crust, leveling the top.

Chill for no less than 4 hours until it sets firmly.

Prior to serving, sprinkle diced mango on top and optionally embellish with mint leaves.
